A space for food shoots, events, and design consultations
The collaboration:
This is a three-year partnership with plant-based chef, content creator, and food writer, Bettina Campolucci Bordi. Bettina runs a renowned chef academy which trains food lovers, chefs, and wellness enthusiasts to become masters of retreat and wellness cooking.
How did we get here?
Well, like most meaningful collaborations, it started organically. Summer 2025. The sun’s beaming. A DM lands – it’s Bettina. We connected, and one thing quickly led to another.
Bettina had found a new home for her academy, brand, and partnerships. Slight problem… It was empty. No kitchen. Just a bathroom and a cloakroom. You know where this is going…
Naturally, we stepped in. Together, we’ve designed, crafted, and fitted the ultimate kitchen studio – all in the space of a single year.
And now? The rest isn’t history. It’s the future.
THE STUDIO
Located in Gospel Oak, London, this is a multi-purpose kitchen. It’s home to Bettina’s academies, and our new home for London-based design consultations.
The kitchen features oak Japandi and painted cabinetry, an island on wheels, 3-metre fixed island, free-standing larder, and top-spec Bora appliances.
We can’t wait to host you soon.
Three Zones. Zero Limits.
Zone 1: The Content Kitchen
Crafted for content creation. It features crown-cut oak cabinetry, floating shelves, a freestanding oak larder with painted green interior, and a moveable island fitted with a BORA S Pure induction hob.
Zone 2: The Demo Island
Crafted for cooking. Live demos, workshops, and interactive events, this zone features a huge cooking island powered by the Bora Pro 3.0 cooktop and teppanyaki grill. It’s the ultimate stage for showcasing multi-functional cooking.
Zone 3: The Prep Kitchen
Crafted for catering. This zone is equipped to handle everyday cooking. It features 2x Bora X Bo Pro Steam ovens, integrated Bora fridge-freezer, 2x Neff dishwashers, and 3-in-1 Quooker Flex Tap. Everything you need to cook up a storm and wipe down later.
The Extras
- The gathering spot: A re-purposed 16-seater dining table – perfect for feasts, presentations, and workshops.
- The Larder of dreams: A free-standing larder on legs. Aka: the Tardis of kitchen storage.
High-function cooking doesn’t have to look industrial. And sustainable craftsmanship doesn’t have to sacrifice performance. This studio proves you can have both.

From Bettina with love:
“Choosing who to build this space felt like such an important decision, and partnering with Sustainable Kitchens honestly feels like a dream. Their work is completely bespoke, beautifully made, and rooted in a level of craftsmanship and care that really resonates with me. Every kitchen is designed around the person using it, which means each one feels full of character, thoughtful detail, and personality rather than something off the shelf or one-size-fits-all.”
