OBSIDIAN GREEN KITCHEN
There is so much functionality in this kitchen – we love the larder cupboard and the second “ingredients” fridge near the cooktop. One design element we adore is the long shelf over the cooking area. It’s the perfect place for plants and artwork, and the built-in LED strip adds lighting for useful tasks. A pleasure to deal with from start to finish and the fact they are based in Bristol was not a problem in the slightest. The fact that everyone is so well organised made the installation in London super easy and efficient. Thanks so much!

We are so happy with our new kitchen. Right from the beginning we were provided with a design that we loved, and that has been turned into the real thing that we love.
We love the quality and finish. Our kitchen highlights are the big pantry cupboard which is the greatest cupboard ever! We also love the different wood frontages on the drawers which creates a real feature and adds interest to the room

I very much hope this is the end of a frankly frustrating search for a kitchen company that totally gets the look I’m going for, and at the right price point. When I say “industrial shaker” to any other company, they just look at me like I’m a few clowns short of a circus. When I saw the very same phrase written large on your website, I said a silent “hallelujah”. When I saw the exquisite cabinetry, I said “yes baby, I’m home!”

Contemporary Eco Kitchen
We were delighted with our entire experience of working with Sustainable Kitchens. The design process was a complete pleasure. We wanted a unique contemporary kitchen and they enthusiastically embraced the challenge. Sam really listened to what I wanted and was prepared to change, refine, experiment as many times as was necessary until all the detailing was perfect. Nothing was too small or insignificant- and this was all juggled with entertaining my toddler in their showroom kitchen! The workmanship is excellent and the pleasure gained every day from using our beautifully crafted kitchen is priceless.

It took much longer than expected to find a company that gave us a high enough level of confidence in their design sensibilities and competence to proceed with this project. We eventually achieved these, and more, with Sustainable Kitchens, and right from the very first meeting. We figured we had the right people as soon as we met up with the proprietor Sam Shaw who was enthusiastic, interested in ideas and had a great eye for design and aesthetics. Rather than seeing the problem of creating a kitchen in what we considered a unique room he saw the opportunity for something special. This rapport continued throughout the process with not only Sam but all the staff at Sustainable Kitchens until the job was eventually finished, and indeed afterwards too. They were thoroughly professional and personable to deal with from beginning to end and we will have no doubts about appointing them again.
