"Our clients know that they’ve chosen a kitchen which has been designed and made with sustainability at its core"
When our friends over at Boardwalk asked us to talk sustainable kitchen design, it was a no-brainer. We shot a short interview in our client’s beautiful bespoke kitchen to share our approach. Watch the film.
Which Kitchen is Featured?
The Kyoto Kitchen takes centre stage. Inspired by minimalist Japanese design, it combines soft oak fronts, scallop pink cabinetry, emerald-green tiles, and our signature Japandi handle. A natural look that makes you feel at peace.

Conscious Craftsmanship
Like every kitchen we craft, The Kyoto Kitchen is crafted from 18mm plywood, hidrofugo, and oak. These materials are durable, stable, and designed to be repaired not replaced.
Importantly, they can also be repainted. So if your taste evolves in 10-15 years time, your kitchen can evolve with you. This is what longevity looks like.

Worktops + Appliances
“When choosing a worktop, durability is key.” Find a surface that won’t chip and won’t stain. The Kyoto Kitchen features a Dekton worktop, which is a strong, non-porous, water and heatproof carbon-neutral material.

Investing in your appliances is super important when designing a sustainable kitchen. The Kyoto Kitchen features a Quooker tap, Bora Pure hob, and Neff ovens. Innovative appliances built for efficiency, repairability, and longevity.
Every kitchen we design lives by one mantra:
Buy once. Own for life.
