MATERIALS
A material world
In the kitchen, quality materials matter. This is why we only use the finest, sustainable materials to make our carcasses, frames, and doors. Materials like: birch plywood, oak, ash, maple, and hidro-fugo. Quality you can feel in every touch.
Different designs demand different materials. Traditional styles, like our Shaker and Scandinavian doors, are made from solid wood and held together by classic mortice and tenon joints. Contemporary styles, like our Japandi and mid-century doors, are veneered with hand-picked solid oak (or a responsibly sourced timber of your choice) or hand-painted.
Timber veneers are handpicked to guarantee grain continuity and quality. Whether it’s the bold, arched patterns of crown cut or the straight, architectural lines of rift cut, every sheet is pressed to your exact requirements.
CARCASSES
The anatomy of your kitchen
Every kitchen starts with a carcass. Ours are built with 18mm water-based lacquered birch plywood, precision-cut using CNC (Computer Numerical Control) technology, and assembled by hand.
Strength you can trust. Our signature mouse-ear joints, inspired by gym jump boxes, secure your carcasses for life. Reinforced by screws (never glue) – it’s a strong, repairable, mechanical construction, built to stand the test of time.
Storage
Drawers: built to last
In the workshop, solid oak, maple, or plywood drawers aren’t an upgrade. They are the standard. Held together by traditional dovetail or concealed tongue-and-groove joints, each drawer carries up to 40kg without flexing (that’s a full collection of Le Creuset cookware). No sagging. No sticking. Everyday smoothness you can trust.
Each drawer is tailored to you with:

– Knife blocks
– Adjustable peg systems

Finish
Good things come to those who wait
A great finish needs precision. We know you want your kitchen to look just as good in 30 years time, that’s why we follow a four-stage paint process and hand-apply oil finishes on every kitchen we produce.
The four-coat paint process
Every door and panel undergoes four spray stages: primer, base, and two top coats, using low-VOC paint. Between each coat, every surface is sanded to remove microscopic imperfections until the finish is buttery smooth.
Oiling
Beautiful timber deserves royal treatment. Natural Rubio oils are applied by hand. This oil penetrates the wood and forms a protective layer to resist scratches, stains, and water damage while preserving its natural texture. It is a finish designed to age well, not wear out.
ASSEMBLY
Quality controlled
Before your kitchen leaves the workshop, we assemble it. Cabinets, doors, drawers, appliances – piece by piece, every part of your kitchen is checked and adjusted. If a door or drawer doesn’t hang right, we fix it. If it fits perfectly, we keep it that way. So when it’s time to fit your kitchen, there are no surprises. Just the grand reveal.
