Plywood Cottage Extension Kitchen

A birch plywood kitchen renovation in a tranquil cottage extension transforming a dysfunctional space that needed the room completely turning around.

When the client bought the cottage complete with its 2004 extension, it was clear that the layout wouldn’t work for them with a large peninsular blocking the space and a sink in the wrong location.

We redesigned the space to work around the client and their needs for a kitchen. We incorporated units along the back wall that would house the sink and appliances, with a smaller island that can be used for prep.
