Sustainable Kitchens’ bespoke artistry is rooted in our people. Here are the incredible humans who design, craft, and deliver dream kitchens.
Sam founded Sustainable Kitchens in 2006 with a toolbox and a small van, originally working on bespoke commissions from luxury tree houses to cafes and bars. In late 2008 he took on his first bespoke kitchen and he hasn't looked back since.

Lindsay leads our design and creative team, you may speak with her when you first get in touch with us about your project. With experience across all aspects of the business and a background in retail and design, Lindsay has a wealth of knowledge to lead you through your kitchen journey.

With a breadth of experience across interior design roles, Annabel draws on her extensive design background to help inspire clients towards how their dream kitchen will look and feel. From designing bathrooms to bespoke kitchens, Annabel's aim as a designer is to create spaces that are of heirloom quality and are cherished for years to come.

Phil heads up our team of incredibly talented furniture makers. Phil studied furniture making and restoration and has worked in some of the most prestigious workshops in England, Australia and New Zealand. Phil's eye for detail is second to none so nothing leaves the workshop without his seal approval.

Joe has a strong background in woodwork having kicked off his career handcrafting wardrobes, freestanding furniture and bathroom joinery.

Lew brings 6+ years of advertising agency experience, creating ad campaigns for household names and cause driven initiatives. He's on the social tools, sharing our amazing craft.

Roger is our all rounder, painting and making kitchens - You may even see him onsite handpainting the final lick of paint

Once our kitchens have been painted and crafted, they make their way to Olly who constructs and checks each cabinet to ensure that they are perfect and prepared for site.

With a degree in Product and Furniture Design in London and years of bench experience, Barney is our incredibly talented all-rounder, equally at home in the workshop and in the design studio.
